appropriate, as built drawings, redlines, RF Engineering data and scope
documents that support each project. I gather all appropriate information and
draft legal language related to the project. I manage the document execution
process from start to finish including original draft of amendments, partner
with Sprint legal, Sprint Director level approvers to execute documents in
support of planned projects. I am responsible for evaluating, budgeting,
coordinating, scheduling, equipment ordering for assigned projects.
Responsible for the bidding process including: RFQ creation and distribution,
award and PO tracking. All Power & Telco construction related activities
for assigned sites. Additional duties include managing various General
Contractors in each of the markets and reporting progress to Ericsson
management and to Sprint. I am also responsible for tracking T1 orders
through the project’s T1 tracking tools. With information available for
review, my task is to provide accurate forecasting of when the installation
of the new T1 and capacity radio equipment will be scheduled and installed
with the field technicians. Scheduling the carrier adds requires the
use of Sprint’s scheduling software to create SSTAT/WFM work tickets. Work
with the local switch operations to create CNC tickets for high profile
customer sites. Coordination with Sprint’s CE engineers and RF
engineers is required in order to verify/assist with ensuring carrier add
equipment and RF configurations are correct so that the field teams are able
to install the carrier adds/T1 augments. I have also served in a
similar capacity to the Iden decommission and removal team as a National
